Big changes are coming to hemp-derived THC. Here’s why now may be the time to stock up on your favorite Simple Leaf gummies.

This article was written based on real-world experience working with hemp-derived cannabinoids and product formulation. Our team has helped thousands of customers find the right balance of THC, CBD, CBG, and other cannabinoids for their needs.
If you’ve found a THC gummy you genuinely love, we’ve got some news we wish we didn’t have to share.
New federal hemp restrictions are approaching, and they could bring some big changes to the THC products you’ve come to know and love.
We’re talking about your favorite Strawberry Lemonade, Mixed Berry, Blue Raspberry, and Caramel Apple gummies.
The ones you’ve made part of your routine. The ones you look forward to. The ones you keep coming back for.
Unfortunately, those same gummies may not be available much longer.
We aren’t trying to create panic. We just want to make sure you have the information you need and enough time to plan ahead.
Here are seven reasons why now might be a good time to grab a few extra jars.
Let’s start with the big one.
Federal legislation is changing how hemp-derived THC products are regulated. Under the new rules, finished hemp products containing more than 0.4mg of total THC per container will no longer qualify as federally legal hemp.
To put that into perspective, a single Simple Leaf 10mg THC gummy contains substantially more THC than that new limit allows in an entire container.
What does that mean for you?
Unless something changes, we expect to stop offering our current hemp-derived THC gummies when the new restrictions take effect.
And while we’re hopeful that lawmakers will eventually create a more reasonable path forward, there’s no guarantee when, or even if, that will happen.
This isn’t a sale we’re choosing to end.
It’s a change in federal law, and we’re preparing accordingly.
The bottom line: If you have a favorite THC gummy, don’t assume you’ll always be able to reorder it.
You know that feeling when you find something you absolutely love, only to discover it’s been discontinued?
Yeah. We’re not fans of that either.
For some of our customers, Blue Raspberry has become their favorite way to settle into an evening. Others love the uplifting profile of Strawberry Lemonade or the balanced feel of Mixed Berry.
And once you find your favorite, there’s really no reason to keep searching.
That’s why we’re encouraging customers to think beyond their next jar.
Instead of ordering only when you’re running low, consider how many gummies you typically enjoy each month and whether having a little extra on hand makes sense.
No need to go overboard.
Just a little planning today so you’re not wishing you had ordered more tomorrow.
Here’s the good news.
You don’t have to enjoy every gummy you purchase right away.
When stored properly, gummies can maintain their quality through their labeled shelf life.
That gives you some flexibility to plan ahead without feeling like you need to rush through your supply.

If you’re thinking about buying several jars, take a quick look at how many you normally use in a month.
Buy what makes sense for you, and enjoy them at your own pace.
We’ve always believed that what goes into your gummies matters just as much as how they make you feel.
That’s why Simple Leaf was built around a pretty straightforward idea.
Clean ingredients. Thoughtful formulations. No unnecessary nonsense.
Our gummies are made with organically grown USA hemp and crafted to meet the quality standards we’ve stood behind since day one.
Here’s what you can expect from Simple Leaf:
And we don’t believe in hiding behind vague proprietary blends or making you guess what’s inside.
If it’s not something we’d feel good about taking ourselves, it doesn’t belong in a Simple Leaf jar.
Simple as that.
We put a lot of thought into creating gummies for different preferences and occasions.
Not everyone wants the same experience, and we don’t think they should have to settle for it.
Here are a few of our longtime favorites.

Whether you’re loyal to one flavor or enjoy switching things up, there’s something pretty special about finding a gummy that fits your preferences.
And we’d love for you to keep enjoying yours.
If you’re thinking about purchasing several jars at once, consistency becomes even more important.
You want to know that the gummy you enjoy next month is made with the same care as the one you enjoy today.
That’s why we take quality control seriously.
Our products are manufactured using established quality standards and independently tested by third-party laboratories.
We carefully formulate our cannabinoid blends, pay attention to ingredient quality, and work hard to deliver the experience our customers expect.
No shortcuts. No guessing games.
Just products we’re proud to put our name on.
Because buying more should never mean settling for less.
Let’s be practical for a minute.
If you’re already planning to purchase your favorite THC gummies over the coming months, buying ahead could make financial sense.
We regularly offer special promotions, multi-jar savings, and opportunities to get more of the products you love for less.
And as we approach the new federal restrictions, we’ll be looking for ways to help our customers make the most of the time remaining.
Our advice?
Keep an eye on our current offers, check your favorite flavors, and take advantage of savings that make sense for you.
If you’re going to enjoy them anyway, why not save a little along the way?
Now, here’s something we really want you to know.
Simple Leaf isn’t going anywhere.

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the 2026 hemp ban.
The revised federal hemp definition is currently scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026. Unless additional changes are made, it will significantly restrict many hemp-derived THC products currently sold online.
Under the upcoming restrictions, we expect to discontinue our current hemp-derived THC gummies. We’ll share our final ordering deadline and any important updates as they become available.
Yes, we expect our compliant THC-free products to remain available, subject to applicable laws and regulations. That includes many of our CBD, CBG, CBN, and CBC formulations.
Our standard THC gummy jars contain 30 gummies.
That depends on your personal preferences and how frequently you use them. Consider your typical monthly consumption, storage conditions, and the expiration dates before purchasing additional jars.
We don’t expect to continue selling our current THC gummies under the new federal restrictions. Future availability will depend on changes in federal and state laws.
Absolutely not! We’re continuing to expand our THC-free wellness collection and develop new products. We’re excited about what’s ahead.
We want to finish with something a little more personal.
When we started Simple Leaf, our goal wasn’t complicated.
We wanted to create genuinely great products, use ingredients we could stand behind, and treat people the way we’d want to be treated.
Over the years, you’ve helped us turn that idea into something pretty special.
And while we can’t control what happens in Washington, we can control how we respond.
We’ll keep being transparent. We’ll keep putting quality first. And we’ll keep working hard to bring you products worth getting excited about.
In the meantime, if there’s a THC gummy you love, consider picking up a little extra while it’s still available.
We’d hate for you to miss out.
From all of us at Simple Leaf, thank you for being part of this journey. We appreciate you more than you know.
Here’s to whatever comes next.
