Simple Leaf and other popular CBD brands currently make products available in all 50 states. With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, regulations regarding hemp-derived ingestible cannabinoid products will continue to be updated, so we strongly recommend that you check with your local administration to ensure you are comfortable with the level of legality of consuming hemp CBD products before you buy them.
We offer free shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped from Milwaukee, WI to all 50 states. Delivery to the lower 48 states typically takes two (2) to four (4) business days from the shipping date to be delivered. Please allow for additional shipping time for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. We strive to process all orders within one or two business days.
We’re sorry to hear that your package is missing! Please do the following in the event that your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it.
• verify your shipping address
• look for a notice of attempted delivery
• check that your neighbors did not receive your package by mistake

We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, expect the box to be in transit between 2-7 business days (with additional days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands).
