We’re sorry to hear that your package is missing! Please do the following in the event that your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it.
• verify your shipping address
• look for a notice of attempted delivery
• check that your neighbors did not receive your package by mistake

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive your tracking information in the email address associated with your order. If you haven’t received your tracking information and it has been more than 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected]

Requests that come in less than 3 days before the shipment is set to ship may not be able to be accommodated however we can facilitate returns if your order ships out.
Simple Leaf CBD products are currently available in all 50 states. With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, regulations regarding hemp-derived ingestible cannabinoid products will continue to be updated, so we strongly recommend that you check with your local administration to ensure you are comfortable with the level of legality of consuming hemp CBD products before you buy them.
Watch for an email from Simple Leaf CBD. We will send you an email verifying your order once it is completed through our website. This email will outline your order and provide an invoice number in case you need to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Our CBD products are available in our online CBD store and in stores nationwide.
We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, expect the box to be in transit between 2-7 business days (with additional days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands). For an estimated delivery date, check the tracking number with the shipping carrier. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number from the order confirmation page.
We offer free shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped from Milwaukee, WI to all 50 states. Delivery to the lower 48 states typically takes two (2) to four (4) business days from the shipping date to be delivered. Please allow for additional shipping time for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. We strive to process all orders within one business day.
