Lost Package? I never received my order but the carrier marked it as delivered?
We’re sorry to hear that your package is missing! Please do the following in the event that your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it.
• verify your shipping address
• look for a notice of attempted delivery
• check that your neighbors did not receive your package by mistake
• Contact the carrier

Call 1 (800) 275-8777 – speak with customer service for a tracking update. Wait at least 7 days after the expected delivery date.
UPS

Nope. What you see is what you get!
Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship for free.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive your tracking information in the email address associated with your order. If you haven’t received your tracking information and it has been more than 2 business days, please contact us at hello@simpleleaf.com

Can I switch the formulation in my next auto-shipment?
Absolutely. Log in to Simple Leaf CBD account and click Subscription.

How do I update my credit card information for my subscription?
Log in to Simple Leaf CBD account and click Subscription. Under subscription click Billing information. You will be able to see the Card on file information here. Click Update Card to make changes.
How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?
Visit your simpleleaf.com account, where you can change your shipping information. Need help? Reach out to us at hello@simpleleaf.com at least 3 days before your next shipping date and we’ll take care of it for you.
Requests that come in less than 3 days before the shipment is set to ship may not be able to be accommodated however we can facilitate returns if your order ships out.
Can I order from anywhere in the United States?
Simple Leaf CBD products are currently available in all 50 states. With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, regulations regarding hemp-derived ingestible cannabinoid products will continue to be updated, so we strongly recommend that you check with your local administration to ensure you are comfortable with the level of legality of consuming hemp CBD products before you buy them.

How will I know when my CBD order is successfully placed?
Watch for an email from Simple Leaf CBD. We will send you an email verifying your order once it is completed through our website. This email will outline your order and provide an invoice number in case you need to contact us with any questions or concerns.
What if my order is missing an item?
If your order is missing an item, please contact us at 855-767-5223 or at hello@simpleleaf.com so we can send a replacement item.
What payment methods do you accept?

Our CBD products are available in our online CBD store and in stores nationwide.
How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, expect the box to be in transit between 2-7 business days (with additional days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands). For an estimated delivery date, check the tracking number with the shipping carrier. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number from the order confirmation page.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship in the most efficient way.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped from Milwaukee, WI to all 50 states. Delivery to the lower 48 states typically takes two (2) to four (4) business days from the shipping date to be delivered. Please allow for additional shipping time for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. We strive to process all orders within one business day.
