To track your package:
1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Go to the order you want to track.
3. Select View
4. If the package has shipped, tracking info will be in your order information.
*Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
Most packages arrive on time, but, sometimes, the tracking may show as “delivered” and you don’t have your package.
Ask the relevant shipping carrier if there is more information about the location of the package. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of expected delivery:

We’re sorry to hear that your package is missing! Please do the following in the event that your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it.
• verify your shipping address
• look for a notice of attempted delivery
• check that your neighbors did not receive your package by mistake
• Contact the carrier
