SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMING
Order processing typically occurs within 1 business day with shipment following immediately after. Business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. The processing time does not count towards the transit times. The transit time begins once the order has shipped from our facility and shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only.
As Simple Leaf is a United States-based company, we bill all our customers in U.S. Dollars. Shipping charges are complimentary for all orders. Shipments are sent using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Wisconsin. Typical shipping times may vary from 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER OUT?
We try our best to get out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the Post Office or FedEx to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up. Due to the high volume of orders, some packages may not be able to ship same day. Please know that we are always working to get you the CBD you enjoy as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, you can login to your account and view the order for updated tracking info, or you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?
You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately before your order is shipped out. Please call 855-767-5223 or email [email protected] and tell us your order number and preferred shipping method with your credit card ready.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
USPS First Class Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3-5 business days according to their website.
USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.
FedEx Ground: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2-7 business days according to their website.
FedEx Express Saver: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3 business days according to their website.
FedEx 2 day: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2 business days according to their website.
FedEx Standard Overnight: FedEx is committed to delivering the next day before the end of the business day, according to their website.
Please note FedEx does not offer weekend delivery through our system. This means if you placed an order on Friday overnight, it will not be delivered until Monday.
If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only. In addition, we highly recommend adding your mobile phone number to all orders as some carriers are unlikely to reach out via email.
