REFUNDS
We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our supplement formulas any time within 44 days (up to 3 bottles full or empty) for orders shipped in the United States. For more than 3 bottles, a store credit will be provided. To process a refund, please email us at hello@simpleleaf.com to begin the process.
Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
